When spells go wrong

Sometimes when a spell caster cast a spell they draw to much power from the magic web and strange things happen. this is called a spell serge now depending on what game system you are playing   how and when a spell caster spell serge's will be different. but for the Game master that wants to add a little spice to what happens here is a list of things i have used when players in my game Mazith spell surge.
